| I'm sitting at my desk grinning from ear to ear and have to share.....after attending your seminar and workshop yesterday in Hartford - myself and 2 of the Customer Service reps on my team - we came in this morning and all 8 CSR's changed their voicemails (a part of our plan) - me too - and my phone has been ringing OFF THE HOOK with customers telling me how their CSR made their day! A few minutes ago, a huge basket of chocolate covered strawberries arrived from a customer who cannot stop laughing at how much fun he had calling us! I'm not sure what's the best part - that, or my boss' grin when we shared the basket and story of our day today with him. If only there were a phrase bigger than THANK YOU.....
