The FISH! Philosophy
The forty-hour workweek is caput. We are working longer hours and harder than ever before. And we have to ask ourselves, “Do we want to do that in an environment that is toxic, not fun, or built on trust and caring?” Of course the answer is no. My goal is to make work a destination: A place where people get to go, and know that when they are there they make a difference and have fun.
